To me, it seems like the manifestation you are referring to is you connecting the dots backwards.

Another quote that is what I feel like manifestation is :

For me that is a process leading potentially to manifestation.

But the difference is that I am in charge of the process.

I am not in control of the outcome, aka the manifestation.
