If you want to wake up early, go to bed early. There is no other secret.
Maybe, as you said, having consistent sleep schedule is paramount.
The quality of the sleep is also vital.
I use the 10 3 2 1 framework to sleep like my baby self. 😂
No coffee 10 hours before bed time
No eating 3 hours before going to bed
No drinking 2 hours before sleeping.
No screen 1 hour befure bed.
That has helped get a better sleep and better clarity the day after.
