Thank you Alberto for sharing your experience.
I have grown in a multi language environment in Senegal 🇸🇳.
I would speak Pulaar at home, Wolof on the streets and French in school while learning Arabic at the same time.
So learning English at high school was just adding a new language.
I am a movie and TV series fan. So in the early 2000, I started watching American TV shows with English subtitles.
Working in Airbus forced me to practice my English daily.
We French Native speakers, we are not afraid to speak "bad" English with our accent.
I have read somewhere that you need 2/3 practice versus 1/3 theory.
Just practice, always practice even if it's not perfect.
