I learned a lot. Each time we lose or let go of an idea, it can be painful.
I often try to ask myself : is it somethivg I need or something I derirz? Or both?
If it is a desire, it means that it can only be fulfilled by external forces.
If it is a need, it has to be reconciled from with in.
I am learning to lower my expectations from the external world.
I am learning to reduce my needs.
Going back to my child self, I am learning to focus on the present moment. I am finding peace in what I have now.
Thank you Ash for that beautiful peace of mind. That could have been a piece of mine.
