I exercise my writing muscle every day by journaling. Like all muscles, you need to stretch it daily.

I publish weekly. I never write and edit the same day.

Just write your first draft.

Let it rest before you let it rule.

My first 100 articles suck. It is OK. My 100th is better than my first.

It's all about improving.

Do your reps. Focus on quantity first then quality.

Write, edit, publish. Reflect on your articles, improve and adapt.
