I write every day by journaling in the morning and the afternoon. That is a way to have a daily writing ritual, just for me. No pressure.
Then I have five articles in my backlog as a draft. I have also many ideas in my Google Keep.
I have two boys at young age, so my schedule is one article a week. One out, one in is my policy. I edit, publish. Then I sit down and write.
I give myself the permission to skip only one week of not publishing. Because life.
With my daily journaling, my backlog and my one week skip rule, I maintain my writing muscle and my consistency.
