I often identify as someone lazy. But true lazy is not about procrastination for me.

Let me explain.

For me lazy is finding the easy way to do it. Coming back to finding the path of least resistance, it is like following the path of water.

I am lazy like the visible part of a duck above the water : I make it feel easy.

In reality, I love to prepare up front, do my reps so that when times come, the performance feels easy.

There is a darker side to procrastination. It is like a cornerstone habit. It can trickles to the rest of your life.

There are many areas of life where you can easily procrastinate because there is no real deadline.

So we must procrastinate with caution. 😅
