Let me explain.

I have a 9-5 that pays me well. I have defined what enough means to me. I am already there from a materialistic perspective.

I make maybe 2$ per month on Medium, which means that I am giving more than I get.

And it's OK for me.

As you said, I am here to be surrounded by people like you, Patrick, Oscar, Robin, The Sturg, Aiden, Dr. Yildiz and many more.

I am here to be myself 💯. I don't need to hide some parts of who I am.
I feel welcomed in the different Slack and Discord channels around Medium.

At the end, like everything in life, what matters are the memories we leave IN people. It's not about the money, the number of followers or any other vanity metrics.
